Joanna Brodzik, pomysłodawczyni i prowadząca, przechodziła kolejne kursy samodoskonalące, o różnorodnej tematyce, od tych związanych z psychiką i emocjami, przez techniki intelektualne, aż po sposoby na panowanie nad ciałem, zdrowiem, kondycją.

Myślę to samo, co o DŚ, aczkolwiek Ona czyli Ja bardziej mi się podobało ;) OCJ było bardziej lekkie, natomiast DŚ bardziej w formie dokumentu :)

OCJ z pewnością było inaczej zrobione niż DS. Obie propozycje są świetne, bo pokazują metody samorealizacji i doskonalenia własnych umiejętności, ale także poznania samego siebie.
Dzięki OCJ polubiłam joge, mam zamiar zapisać się na takie zajęcia. Natomiast w DS pokazany był taniec brzucha, co prawda nie dowiedziałam się nic nowego, ale samo zainteresowanie nim i pokazanie sprawiło mi przyjemność.
Moim zdaniem powinno się połączyć DS z OCJ :P

Ona czyli Ja i Dookoła siebie są programami cennymi ze względu na swoja tematykę. Pokazuja propozycje poprawiania jakości życia i tylko od nas zależy, czy skorzystamy z nich. Podobne produkcje, a jednak inne. Akceptuję obie.

Ona czyli Ja nauczył mnie wiele. Niektóre odcinki, dla mnie najciekawsze oglądam bardzo często ;) I zgadzam się, że OCJ zostało nagrane w zupełnie innej formie niż DŚ.

Oba programy mi się podobały , ale zdecydowanie wolę program Ona Czyli Ja . Są powtórki tego programu obecnie w TVN Style ale lecą o 4 nad ranem i raczej nie oglądam

It has been a hot topic discussed heatedly for the time being that how indeed the media influence our teens. Different peopie come up with different opinions. The following passages are two different comments given by several teenagers ranging from 15 to 20.

They think that they use the media--magazines, television and movies--to connect to one another and to the world, so naturally,they're influenced by the images the media present.
